1. Application and scope
1.3. The Swarovski Club is intended for personal use only. Commercial use is prohibited. Only adult natural persons resident in the countries where Swarovski conducts business are eligible to become their end consumers in accordance with applicable laws, rules, or regulations within the jurisdiction, and may participate in the SWAROVSKI CLUB (“program member” or “you”).

2. Joining the SWAROVSKI CLUB
2.1 You can join the SWAROVSKI CLUB in the following ways: (a) Visit www.swarovski.com/club and complete the online form; (b) Seek help from staff at participating stores; (c) Log in to the Swarovski Official Website, WeChat Swarovski Boutique Store, WeChat Swarovski Member Center Mini Program, Tmall Swarovski Official Flagship Store, and then complete the online application form.
2.2. The enrollment process may require that you provide the following information: username, password, birthday, mobile phone number (mandatory for receiving all applicable services), email address, gender, residential or mailing address, name and marketing preferences.
2.4. After Swarovski receives your application, you will be assigned a SWAROVSKI CLUB membership number unique to you, and a SWAROVSKI CLUB digital membership card sent via SMS to the mobile phone number provided in your application form. Your SWAROVSKI CLUB membership begins with acceptance of your application by Swarovski. Participation in the SWAROVSKI CLUB is free and does not require any prior purchase.
As a member of the Swarovski Club, you may benefit from the services that SWAROVSKI provides from time to time. These services may include (without limitation, for illustration only) news and information about the SWAROVSKI CLUB, Swarovski and Swarovski products and services, invitations to (subject to eligibility) members to participate in special events and promotions, such as new product launches, discounts or other promotional activities, personalized product information, special discounts and/or services, gift certificates, access to exclusive content or events, member-related news or updates. Services may also include obtaining personal advice in certain participating stores. In those participating stores, after you provide your membership number to staff, they can view your purchase history as a member, and provide you with additional customer service suggestions and assistance by taking into account past purchases. You can use the following channels, including the Swarovski Official Website (hereinafter referred to as the “Official Website”), Tmall Swarovski
4. Member’s obligations
4.1. The personalized Swarovski Club membership number is assigned to you and is not transferable to third parties. The services and benefits you can enjoy as a member are also non-transferable.
4.2. You are solely responsible for any damage caused directly or indirectly by your action through any fraudulent use of your membership number/member account.
4.3. You are fully responsible for providing and maintaining accurate and complete information regarding your membership, including without limitation contact information such as email address, telephone number and/or physical address. Missing or incorrect information may lead you not being able to enjoy the services, and you shall bear sole responsibility for the consequences.
4.4. You will only be entitled to services on communication of your membership number and other information required by SWAROVSKI to verify your identity and to qualify for services.
5.1. You may terminate your membership of the SWAROVSKI CLUB at any time and with immediate effect by notifying Swarovski via the contact details indicated in clause 1(1). Immediately upon termination, all benefits, services, and other elements related to the membership will be cancelled.
5.2. Swarovski may terminate your SWAROVSKI CLUB membership at any time by giving three (3) months’ notice.
5.3. SWAROVSKI may also terminate immediately your membership for legitimate reasons. Legitimate reasons are determined by Swarovski at its sole discretion, including, among other things, your provision of false information to Swarovski, and also including but not limited to invalid contact information, improper use of SWAROVSKI CLUB membership and/or services, etc.
6. Limitation of liability
6.1. SWAROVSKI shall not be liable to any person for any action taken or neglected to be taken with respect to the program to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6.2. Swarovski will try to contact active members to notify them of matters of interest. However, neither Swarovski nor retailers participating as partners in the program will be liable for any failure to do so; nor will they
be liable for the following issues: incorrect or inaccurate information in the information booklet, any problems with the equipment or related programs used by the member, for any human error, for any interruption, deletion, omission, defect, or line failure of any telephone network or electronic transmission, for problems relating to computer equipment, software, inability to access any website or online services, for any other technical or non-technical error or malfunction, for lost, late, stolen, illegible, incomplete, garbled, misdirected, mutilated or postage due mail or other mail for whatever reason, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Welcome to the “SWAROVSKI CLUB”
• Membership rules: Membership is established once Swarovski stores in mainland China (excluding airport stores), (hereinafter referred to as “Designated Offline Stores”), Swarovski Official Website (hereinafter referred to as “Official Website”), Tmall Swarovski Official Flagship Store, WeChat Swarovski Boutique Store, or the WeChat Swarovski Member Center Mini Program link the member’s mobile phone number to their account and submit the relevant information.

①Members can upgrade once they have accumulated enough spending within 12 months at Swarovski Designated Offline Stores, Official Website, Tmall Swarovski Official Flagship Store, WeChat Swarovski Boutique Store, Little Red Book Swarovski flagship store, to reach the corresponding tier.
② SWAROVSKI CLUB rewards consist of five (5) tier levels, and each tier is based on the minimum value that you accumulate in your account. By joining the SWAROVSKI CLUB, you will automatically be eligible for the “Common Card” tier awarded by SWAROVSKI CLUB. Spend at least two thousand five hundred (2,500) RMB within the 12-month period following your enrollment date and you will be upgraded to “Silver” tier status Spend at least six thousand (6,000) RMB within the 12-month period following your upgrade date and you will proceed to “Gold” tier status. Spend at least twelve thousand (12,000) RMB within the 12-month period following your upgrade date and you will proceed to “Platinum” tier status. Spend at least twentyfive thousand (25,000) RMB within the 12-month period following your upgrade date and you will proceed to “Sparkling Black Gold” tier status. Once you attain a particular tier level, it will remain in effect for twelve (12) consecutive months. After twelve (12) months, for you to re-qualify and maintain the same tier level you have attained, you must have spent the minimum value required for that tier level. If you do not spend the minimum value within each consecutive twelve (12) months, your tier status will be adjusted accordingly. If you return any part of a purchase, the amount corresponding to the returned products will be deducted from the minimum value accumulated in your SWAROVSKI CLUB account, and your tier level will be adjusted accordingly. As soon as you reach a certain tier in SWAROVSKI CLUB, you will receive the benefits associated with that tier for a period of twelve (12) months. You will also receive a one-time reward corresponding to the tier. After twelve (12) months, you will be eligible to receive the reward again.
③ Earning points: Members can make any purchase at Swarovski Designated Offline Stores, Official Website, Tmall Swarovski Official Flagship Store, WeChat Swarovski Boutique Store and Little Red Book Swarovski flagship store to accumulate points, earning 1 point for every 1 RMB spent.
④ Effective date for store consumption points/tier calculation:
Effective 14 days from the date of any purchase in offline stores; For Swarovski Official Website (hereinafter referred to as “Official Website”), Tmall Swarovski Official Flagship Store, WeChat Swarovski Boutique Store, it will be effective 14 days after the date of shipment.
⑤ Validity period of points: 12 months from the effective date.
⑥ There may be a scenario where member consumption points see “purchases earn multiple points”. For details, please refer to the event details announced by Swarovski.
⑦ Members must use the same mobile phone number to link the corresponding platform’s Member Center in the Designated Offline Store, WeChat Swarovski Member Center Mini Program, Official Website, Tmall Swarovski Official Flagship Store, and WeChat Swarovski Boutique Store before consumption points can be automatically accumulated.
2. Member benefits update
① Upgrade voucher updates i. Starting from September 23, 2020, membership upgrades will no longer receive original upgrade vouchers.
ii. Members who joined on or before September 22 and members who met the conditions to upgrade on or before October 22, 2020 will continue to receive the upgrade voucher in the original membership rewards overview (see “Membership upgrade voucher overview” for details). The voucher is valid for 90 days after issue, members can go to the WeChat Swarovski Member Center Mini Program to check the details. Membership upgrade voucher overview:

② Birthday gift voucher update Members who have a birthday on or before October 1, 2020 will continue to receive the original 15% discount voucher, and the birthday discount vouchers already received can be used as normal before the validity period of the voucher. (The validity period is 30 days from the date of issue).
From October 1, 2020, members will not be able to receive the original birthday discount vouchers, but members have the right to go to the corresponding official channels to redeem their points for cash vouchers.
